Troi Automatisering (www.troi.com) has released Troi File Plug-in 8.0.6 for FileMaker Pro 14. It’s a maintenance update of the plug-in for manipulating external files and folders directly from FileMaker Pro.
The new version adds the possibility to change the timeout time for the CreateZIP function, which is useful for creating very large ZIP files. Version 8.0.6 also improves the working of several other functions and fixes a problem with the drag and drop function on OS X, where dragging multiple emails could crash FileMaker Pro.
A fully functional demo version of Troi File Plug-in 8.0.6 is available for downloading at Troi’s website. Licenses cost $99 per user. Developer licenses and multi-user discounts are available.
Upgrading to version 8.0.6 is free for all users of version 8.0 to 8.0.5: version 8.0.6 works with the same registration as the 8.0 version. Users who bought a license for Troi File Plug-in on or after Nov. 1, 2014, are entitled to a free upgrade to version 8.0.6. Eligible users have been sent a new 8.0 registration.
Upgrades from licenses bought before Nov. 1 2014, are available from $59 per user. Upgrade prices for other licenses can be found on the Troi web site.
