ProtectStar has updated iShredder Mac, their military grade data erasure tool, to version 2.0.10. it’s fully compatible with macOS Mojave and compliant with the European privacy legislation (GDPR)
Users can simply drag and drop files, folders, or drives to the app and press the “Shred” button. iShredder Mac then completely eliminates any chance for data reconstruction, even by government agencies, according to the folks at ProtectStar.
iShredder Mac requires macOS 10.11 or higher. The Professional Edition costs $19.90, and the Military Edition is $29.90. Both editions are available at the ProtectStar website (https://www.protectstar.com).
