Apple has updated its Apple Support App, which is a free download at the App Store.
According to Apple’s release notes, the update adds “helpful information about nearby locations, including store hours, accessibility details, and specialty services available.” The app is designed to help Apple customers to discover new products, schedule Apple Store appointments, and engage in a live chat with an official support representative.
