Iconfactory releases World of Aqua 3
Apple’s contract with the State of Maine, which will see 36,000 iBooks distributed to seventh and eighth grade students in the state’s public schools this Fall, is valued at $37.2 million and extends over four years, according to Wired. The education order, which is the largest in history, will be paid for by a $30 million Maine Learning Technology Endowment already approved by the state, and $9 million from the Maine School and Library Network.
