Malus Softwares has released Sambacus 2.0, a new version of its time tracking application for Mac OS 8/9 and Mac OS X. The new version adds contact information per project, note attachments for projects and tasks, a description field, hourly rates for individual tasks, imports and exports, task sets, and additional improvements. Sambacus 2.0 sells for US$20.

NEC-Mitsubishi has announced a new line of NEC MultiSync Flat Enterprise CRT monitors, which include the 17-inch NEC MultiSync FE770, FE770M, FE771 SB, and FE791 SB; 19-inch FE990 and FE991 SB; and 21-inch FE2111 SB. The new line of displays offer superior brightness through NEC-Mitsubishi’s SuperBright Diamondtron flat aperture grille. The monitors are available in either white with brushed aluminum bezel or black cabinet options.
