Apple to take US$10 million charge for PowerSchool acquisition
The DowJones Newswire reported late yesterday that Apple is planning to take a US$10 million charge in the third quarter of this year for “in-process research and development costs related to its acquisition of PowerSchool, Inc.” (which will be accounted for as a purchase), — this according to the company’s quarterly report filed Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
