A second Apple Vice President in two days has disclosed his intent to sell a large block of shares in the company. Peter Oppenheimer, Apple’s Senior Vice President of Finance, filed to sell 152,500 shares, valued at US$3.7 million, with an approximate sale date of May 14, according to Dow Jones Newswires (link unavailable). Avie Tevanian, Apple’s Senior VP of Software Engineering, disclosed a sale of $2.1 million in stock on Wednesday.

News.com reports that Handspring will announce a US$100 rebate today on their $399 Visor Edge personal digital assistant (PDA). In order to receive the rebate, customers will have to trade in a PDA from Handspring or any of its competitors.
