Palm aims to release OS X software before the year is out
Palm is looking to release an OS X version of its Desktop software for synchronizing Palm handhelds by the end of the year, company representatives told Macworld UK. “Palm Desktop for Mac OS X takes full advantage of new Mac OS X technology. Instant Palm Desktop takes on a new twist in Mac OS X – simply click and hold on an icon in the Dock to get fast access to Palm Desktop data, find contacts or create new records,” John Cook, Senior director of product marketing at Palm, said.
