Judge wants MS-DOJ settlement by November
U.S. District Court Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly, who is overseeing the government’s antitrust case against Microsoft, has told both parties that settlement talks should proceed “24 hours a day, seven days a week” until a Nov. 2 deadline.
