Apple announces Dutch retail plans
Apple has announced that it will be selling it’s products in three high-profile furniture stores in the Netherlands, according to a report on Macworld UK. It was previously rumored that the company would be opening a retail outlet in Amsterdam, but this is not the case. “We want to show that an Apple product fits perfectly in a lifestyle environment and take it out of the IT corner,” said Ton van Garderen, general manager for Apple in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg, in the story.
