Highlights from Apple’s quarterly SEC filing
Reuters is reporting on the highlights of Apple’s quarterly report (SEC form 10-Q) that it filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission Tuesday. Of note, Apple will not expense stock options it grants to its employees and executives until a U.S. accounting standards body announces how it wants companies to value them. This decision follows a nonbinding vote in April by its shareholders that urged Apple’s board to count options as an expense.
