FastMac today announced the availability of a 100% compatible plug and play internal Bluetooth upgrade for all Mac Pro systems. The upgrade adds Bluetooth wireless connectivity between the customer’s Mac Pro and the growing array of Bluetooth-enabled personal digital assistants, mobile phones, cameras, printers, headsets, keyboards and computer mice. The Bluetooth module fits directly into the system’s main logic board, attaching to the built-in Apple antenna. No drivers or software are required.

Fastmac today announced the availability of a plug & play internal Bluetooth upgrade kit for PowerPC (PPC) based Apple Mac Mini computers. The upgrade adds internal Bluetooth functionality to the Mac mini without needing to add an Airport card at the same time, keeping the price of the upgrade affordable, yet providing the flexibility to add 802.11b/g wireless networking later. The upgrade has an effective range of up to 32 feet (10 meters) and can transfer data at up to 721 Kbps.
