ZappTek today announced its popular file-to-audio tool, iSpeak It 3.2. Load Word, PDF, Pages 2, RTF, AppleWorks, Text, HTML documents or RSS feeds, and using the Mac’s built-in text-to-speech capabilities, convert them into MP3/AAC tracks in iTunes. From there it’s a quick sync to iPod or iPhone. Enhancements in this release include: directions has been improved; properly supports the loading of non-English directions; tracks in iTunes now have the iSpeak It icon as album artwork; document splitting has improved; and more.

ZappTek has released iSpeak It 2.1, an update to its software that allows users to take any document or Web page and convert it into an MP3 or AAC track in iTunes using a Mac’s built-in text-to-speech capabilities. This release adds the downloading of directions, many improvements to Web feed and RSS processing, and fixes a number of reported issues. iSpeak It sells for US$14.95.
