EU Commission to rule on iTunes UK pricing
The Office of Fair Trading (OFT) has turned the issue of Apple’s iTunes pricing in the UK over to the European Commission, reports the BBC. This follows a complaint by Which? (formerly the Consumer Association) that Apple is charging UK consumers 20% more for song downloads than those in France and Germany (see previous report).
