LiveTime Support 2.5, ACN support program announced

LiveTime Software today announced that LiveTime Support 2.5, a new version of its J2EE based technical support and Help Desk product, will ship this month. The new version includes a new dashboard for technicians, which provides instant access to key metrics about cases and performance for each user. Also today, LiveTime has launched customized support and training for members of the Apple Consultants Network (ACN).
