MacFest 2004, the large event for danish Mac-users, will be held in Aarhus, Denmark March 12-14. According to the organizers, there will be competitions in iMovie, Flash, Photoshop, Formz, Strata, Cinema 4D, Maya, and GarageBand. There will also be a gaming area set up to play Warcraft, StarCraft, Medal of Honor, Return of Castle Wolfenstein, and more. MacFest, which takes place at the Courtyard by Marriott in Houston, Texas, kicks off tomorrow, April 26, 2003. Speakers will include Bob “Dr. Mac” LeVitus with Mac OS X tips and tricks, Isabelle MacCrimmon on Photoshop, and Bethany Mitchell with tips on Microsoft Office X. In addition, attendees can receive a professional opinion on the state of their Mac with an evaluation by Mac America (keyboard, mouse, and monitor provided).
