Microspot today announced a new combined digital media management, photo-editing and print utility package, Microspot Photo Tools CD for Mac OS X. The company is offering the Photo Tools CD at a special introductory price of only US$79.00, a savings of over 50% off the boxed products sold separately. Microspot Photo Tools CD contains the recently updated applications PhotoXtra, PhotoFix and PrintmiX, for organizing, storing, editing and printing various types of digital images. The package also includes 100 royalty free images.

Microspot today announced the release of Microspot X-RIP 1.1, an update to the company’s professional large format printer driver for Mac OS X. Version 1.1 features speed enhancements, the ability to print over a network, and support for older printers. Microspot X-RIP is suitable for all types of printing, including CAD, technical illustration, graphics, publishing and photographic output.
