As expected, IDG World Expo today announced that the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center (BCEC) will be home to Macworld Conference & Expo July 12-15, 2004. A number of MacMinute readers point out that the Boston Herald is reporting that New York has lost Macworld Expo and the show will definitely be returning to Boston in 2004. The newspaper quotes unnamed “sources” as saying that Charlie Greco, head of IDG World Expo and Macworld’s organizer, made the decision last week to bring the show back to Boston. Interestingly enough, Boston is Greco’s hometown. Read More
