Newer Technology today introduced a new 2200mAh iPod battery replacement kit for first- and second-generation iPods. The company says the new 2200mAh battery replacement, priced at US$34.95, offers 78 percent more runtime capacity than the original battery shipped by Apple. As with all NewerTech batteries, installation tools and instructions are included and a video installation guide is also viewable online.
