Old Jewel Software today announced the release of Painter’s Picker 2.0, the latest version of its extension to Mac OS X’s color picker panel. Version 2.0 adds several new features including: Web-safe color space, compatibility with BBEdit 7.1.4 or later, and numerous other optimizations, interface enhancements, and bug fixes. Old Jewel Software today announced the release of Painter’s Picker 1.0, its new extension to Mac OS X’s color picker panel. The utility adds the ability to choose related colors (such as complementary colors, analogous colors, etc.) directly within the color picker. It also adds more precise controls for choosing saturation, hue angle, and brightness, and provides the ability to choose colors in the CMYK color space while using HSB-style controls.
