RadTech today announced new Impact 2.5 and 3.5 inch SATA-based hard disk drive enclosures featuring eSATA, FireWire and USB connectivity. The DriveMate 1-inch HDD-based compact data storage solutions, available with and without hardware-based, secure token encryption, is now boosted in capacity to 8GB in X-Wall hardware encrypted configuration.

RadTech has announced the debut of its Westone UM Series in-ear monitors with True Fit technology at Apple Expo 2006 in Paris. “Experience the best sonic reproduction possible, with noise isolation far surpassing that of cumbersome and complicated active noise-canceling phones. External isolation is a noise-silencing 30dB, allowing listeners to hear the full dynamic range of recordings without having to play them at unnaturally high volume levels.

RadTech today announced the availability of ScreenSavrz for Apple Cinema Displays, next in the series of form-fitting protective covers for computer LCD panels, and StuffBak Device Recovery Service. ScreenSavrz for Cinema Displays protect, clean and refinish Flat-panel LCD panels for total display care, notes the company. The covers are constructed from RadTech’s Optex fabric, which is specifically formulated using today’s most advanced optical polishing technology.

RadTech today announced availability of Portectorz, a cover for PowerBooks and iBooks. “Portectorz are molded to exacting specifications to ensure a perfectly sealed and secure fit – sensible insurance for potentially costly component damage.” Pricing for Portectorz start at US$19.95, and are available for 12 and 14 inch iBooks and 12, 15 inch PowerBooks. Portectorz for 17 inch PowerBooks are coming soon, the company said.

RadTech today announced the availability of the Mini Cocoon, a stylish and versatile, semi-rigid clamshell case for iPod mini. A tough, outer clamshell completely encases the iPod mini and a silicone skin allows access to all control elements and ports, providing added protection while nestled in the case, or when used separately apart from the case. Also announced was the RadPak, a compact, semi-rigid clamshell case for the company’s BT-500 mini Bluetooth Mouse.

RadTech has announced the availability of their G5 iMac ScreensavRz, the next in the series of form-fitting protective covers for LCD panel iMacs. G5 iMac ScreensavRz are made with Optex to protect, clean and polish iMac LCD panels. Used as a screen protector, iMac ScreensavRz, with debossed “G5” text, cover and seal the iMac’s display from dust, dirt and scratches. RadTech today introduced the 4G PodSleevz, a new version of its protective sleeve case for Apple’s fourth-generation iPod.

RadTech on Monday announced three new products at Macworld Expo. The MacTruck notebook case is a professional-grade enclosure “designed to be the most rugged and functional” case available for both transporting and using the latest Mac notebooks. The US$199 case provides notebook protection “even under the most severe conditions imaginable” and is available in 3 colors: Brushed Aluminum, Aqua and Deep Red. The X-ScreensavRz is a new edition of the company’s LCD display protection product, and is black in color and features an debossed “X”.

RadTech today announced a limited edition “Mac Pirate” laptop ScreensavRz for all currently shipping Mac portables. This ScreensavRZ features “the unique and symbolic pirate flag which proudly flew above the original Macintosh ‘skunkworks.'” ScreensavRz are designed to protect notebook LCD displays from damaging contact with keyboard and chassis, as well as offering the ability to clean, polish and remove prior damage resulting from abrasive contact.
