SeeFile 3 to be introduced at Macworld Expo

SeeFile Software has announced that version 3.0 of their Web-based creative collaboration tool SeeFile will be introduced at Macworld Expo next week. SeeFile allows instant Web sharing and messaging around large media files. This new, Universal software which runs natively on either Intel or PowerPC-based Macs, turns any Macintosh computer into an interactive Web server for those media files, with support for remote access from anywhere on the Internet via standard browsers like Safari, Firefox and Internet Explorer.

SeeFile Software introduces first Mac product

SeeFile Software, a startup company based in Boston, is targeting graphic arts shops that haven’t yet implemented Web-based digital asset management with a new software package that lets graphic arts professionals share images and collaborate over the Web. SeeFile, the company’s first product, has targeted niches that include digital photographers, printers and prepress shops, photolabs, advertising agency workgroups, and corporate creative departments. It runs under Mac OS X 10.3 (Panther) and supports browser-based access from both PCs and Macs.
