Smoky Valley students get iBooks

Approximately 80 percent of the students at Smoky Valley (Kansas) High School are now using iBooks, according to a Salina Journal article. In December, the Smoky Valley School Board approved a program in which every high school student gets a laptop and in mid-January, 340 iBooks arrived, the article — which is noted at MacSurfer— reports. Full implementation is scheduled for August when students return to class.
