Starbucks to add double shot of digital music
BusinessWeek reports that on March 16, Seattle-based coffee giant Starbucks will launch an in-store music service allowing customers to browse and sample digital songs—using HP tablet computers—then order the ones they like on a custom burned CD. The first musical Starbucks opens in Santa Monica, Calif., and the service will expand into 2,500 stores over the next two years.
