TeachMac has announced a major update to its tutorial software TeachMac and TeachIT for Windows. The 2007 edition’s features include native resolution display of video (including HD), the ability to see all module topics lists prior to downloading the modules, the ability to edit custom modules, and an Advanced Search feature that allows users to search through all library content. In addition, Module Maker, the application that allows users to construct modules, has been updated for both platforms.

Belkin, Freeverse, Macally, RadTech, Shinywhitebox, Prosoft Engineering, and TypeIt4Me are teaming up with TeachMac for the “Everyone Wins with TeachMac Giveaway and Contest,” which culminates during Macworld Conference and Expo in San Francisco in January.
