Maxon today announced the release of Xfrog 4.2, the latest update to its organic modeling and animation tool for CINEMA 4D from Greenworks Organic-Software. The main new feature in version 4.2 is support for Pruning, tool allows users to use arbitrary geometric objects as Branch growth limit or cut Branches where they hit that object. Several other new features have been added to this release, as well as a number of bug fixes and other internal improvements.

Maxon today announced the release of Xfrog 4.1, the latest update to its organic modeling and animation tool for CINEMA 4D from greenworks organic-software. New features in version 4.1 include new controls for shaping branches more naturally, enhanced modeling controls in general, faster screen updates, and more. The Xfrog 4.1 update is free to Xfrog 4 owners and includes the new XfrogPlants Basic Library.
