XtremeMac today introduced MicroShield Plus cases for Apple’s new iPod models. The new cases are made of clear impact-resistant plastic, and each offers protection for the screen and click wheel, and includes a removable belt clip. The belt clip doubles as a kickstand for movie viewing, allowing the iPod classic to stand vertically, and the iPod touch to stand vertically or horizontally.

XtremeMac today announced its new MicroShield (US$24.95), a crystal clear case designed to fit the newest version of Apple’s iPod nano. MicroShield is available for pre-order now via the XtremeMac Web site and will begin shipping to Internet customers on November 6, 2006. “Constructed of impact-resistant hard plastic, MicroShield protects iPod nano from scratches and dings while showcasing its shape and color.
